Back in the late 1970s and early '80s, an American superhero graced the airwaves with an important message about good nutrition. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! It's Slim Goodbody! As he pranced, danced and sang about good health in his unforgettable body suit on my television, I learned about the importance of eating and being well.
Forty years later, the importance of good health and nutrition remains an important topic for me as a leader and as a leadership and influence coach. I hope it is for you as well. Why? Your nutrition plays a vital role in your mental and physical performance as a leader.
